Located on the iconic Juan Bravo street, in Madrid's Salamanca district, WINK has completed the full renovation of a 4-bedroom apartment that blends classical elegance with contemporary functionality. The project preserves the original architectural identity through mouldings, cornices and lofty ceilings, while updating it with indirect lighting, bespoke wooden carpentry and exclusive details. The main entrance leads to a spacious living-dining area featuring large street-facing windows. This space connects to a semi-open kitchen framed by custom blacksmithing that elegantly balances transparency and hierarchy. A guest powder room and a separate laundry room complete the day area, keeping the main spaces free from utilitarian functions.
