Located on the iconic Juan Bravo street, in Madrid's Salamanca district, WINK has completed the full renovation of a 4-bedroom apartment that blends classical elegance with contemporary functionality. The project preserves the original architectural identity through mouldings, cornices and lofty ceilings, while updating it with indirect lighting, bespoke wooden carpentry and exclusive details. The main entrance leads to a spacious living-dining area featuring large street-facing windows. This space connects to a semi-open kitchen framed by custom blacksmithing that elegantly balances transparency and hierarchy. A guest powder room and a separate laundry room complete the day area, keeping the main spaces free from utilitarian functions.

A striking scenographic corridor with built-in shelves and indirect lighting guides you to the bedrooms, enhancing the architectural experience. This thoughtful lighting creates rhythm, adds warmth, and accentuates the high ceilings, which are further highlighted by mouldings that complement the new layout.
The bedrooms feature a refreshed classical aesthetic with distinctive doors, custom carpentry, and bright finishes that maximize natural light and spaciousness. The two full bathrooms blend refined finishes with contemporary elements, creating spaces that are both elegant and practical.
This project showcases the thoughtful reinterpretation of a classic Madrid apartment by preserving its historic character, enhancing its natural light and generous proportions, and integrating contemporary design elements that adapt the home to modern living.
